After delaying, the 23rd CIIF will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from September 19 to 23, 2023. And this fair takes "DIGITAL ECONOMY & INDUSTRIAL DECARBONIZATION" as the theme.

XPCIE1032H matches with Windows motion control real-time kernel MotionRT7 to achieve real-time control system under Windows that cannot be realized by traditional PCI/PCIe.

XPCIE1028 motion control card is aPCI Express® bus motion control card specially designed by Zmotion Technology for high-speed visual screening equipment.

It can control multiple stepper motors or digital servo motors, including several cameras and blowing ports.

Use core system components, such as, a high-transparency glass rotating platform, flexible feeding device and blowing device, and match with Zmotion high-speed PCIe EtherCAT real-time motion control card XPCIE1028

In addition, Zmotion provides specialized screening machine debug software, 15000 pcs/min IO trigger detection speed can be achieved. Specifically, it only needs to set basic parameter, combining with image acquisition hardware and vision processing software, full-automatic high-speed vision filtering development and debug can be realized rapidly.

Use rotary axis, multi-independent nozzle, feeding system, image processing system and test functional components, then match with Zmotion high-speed PCIe real-time motion control card XPCIE1032H.

XPCIE1032H is with multi-core parallel operation ability that can process motion control and vision core tasks. In addition, multiple high-speed IOs and EtherCAT bus communication can achieve multi-axis synchronous control and high-speed data transfer, which ensures that several processes test, sort, collect, and tape the chips sequentially within the rotation cycle, so that the entire testing and sorting process runs coherently, efficiently and stably.

Use XY linear motion platform, rotatory swing arm axis and other core control components, then match with Zmotion high-speed PCIe EtherCAT real-time motion control card XPCIE1032H.

XPCIE1032H cooperates with some key parts of wire bonder, like, executive structure, vision acquisition hardware, then high-speed and high-precision control can be realized, including quick data interaction. In this way, it ensures that key steps such as crystal picking, transportation, bonding, lamination, and solidification in the die-bonding process are completed with high speed and precision.

250us EtherCAT synchronous period achieves multi-axis high-speed and high-precision motion control.

torque control function controls the downforce when picking up and releasing the chip to prevent the chip from being crushed and deformed.
