(1) open ZDevelop (V3.10.10) version, connect to controller, then click "controller" - "connect". (the latest version can be gained from here or contact me, I can email you immediately)

When below "connect to controller" window appears, it can be seen connection can be built through serial port or net port. Now, net port method will be shown. From below, ZMC432 motion controller factory (initial) IP is 192.168.0.11, then, click "connect".

Next, in online and command bar, we could see following message, which means ZMC432 motion controller is connected successfully.

(2) click "controller" -- "state the controller"

Then, we could view controller status, and it shows the current software version is "4.630-20170531".

(3) click "controller" -- "Firmware controller".

Then, the new window pops up, also, it indicates the software version of controller ZMC432 is "4.630-20170531".

Next, click "Browse", select saved firmware file "ZMC432 170612 1ms.zfm", and click "update".

When "Application needs to restart to enter ZBIO ? " window appeared, please click "OK".

Again, the "connect to controller" window pops up, and the IP address is still "192.168.0.11", click "connect" as well.

If it is connected, "firmware update" interface will be here but now it enters ZBIOS status, therefore it shows the model is "ZMC432-ZBIOS". Then, click "update" again.

Below interface means the file is loading, please wait.

When it completed, "firmware update" interface will disappear, then controller "input and command" bar shows "Update firmware to Controller Success".

(4) Repeat step 1 and step 2 (connect to controller and check controller status), then, now we could see the version becomes "4.640-20170612", the controller firmware was updated well.

(1) open "zfirmdown tool" software firstly (if you need, I can help you), then connect to controller through net port or serial port. Also, here we use net port to build the connection between the software and ZMC432 motion controller for firmware update. The same IP, click "connect".

(2) It shows "connected", then we could see, the hardware version of ZMC432 motion controller is "432-0" and the firmware version is "4.640-20170612". Then, click "Browse select".

(3) Select saved the latest firmware file "ZMC432 170612 1ms.zfm", then click "Update".

(4) The below interface appeared, disconnect, it needs to enter ZBIOS status and connect again, click "OK".

(5) The window is back, IP address is still the same, click "connect".

(6) It shows "Connect to ZBIOS Success", click "Update".

(7) The firmware is loading and updating.

(8) Firmware was updated, now disconnect, click "ok".

(9) Even though the following interface shows "disconnected", and the firmware version is still "4.640-20170612", click "connect", please.

(10) Now, it becomes "connected", and we could see ZMC432 motion controller firmware version is "4.64-20170612", which is the latest firmware version.
