ZMC212 is a kind of pulse motion controller developed by ZMotion Technology. It supports 12 axes itself, but can be extened to 16 axes at most. There are many functions it can achieve, such as, linear interpolation, any circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axis, etc.
Motion Control of 12-16 axes.
Pulse output mode: direction / pulse or double axes.
Encoder position measurement is supported and can be configured as hand wheel input mode.
Maximum pulse frequency output of each axis: 8MHz.
Maximum inputs or outputs can reach 512 through CAN.
The positive or negative limit signal / origin signal of axis can be configured to any inputs.
The output current can reach 300mA, which can directly drive some kinds of solenoid valves.
Interfaces: USB, RS485, RS232, Ethernet
