XPLC006E is a ZMC motion controller that integrates ladder of diagram and comfiguration software. XPLC series motion controllers can be applied in any place with PC or without PC. XPLC006E has 6 basic axes, which can be extended to up to 8 axes, and there are many functions it can achieve, such as, linear interpolation, electronic cam, synchronous follow, virtual-axis, etc. In addition, multi-task can run at the same time, also can do simluation on PC directly.

  • Support EtherCAT fieldbus communication.
    It supports 6 axes basically, motion control of up to 12 axes. (include virtual-axis).
    The fastest EtherCAT refresh period can reach 1ms.
    IOs can reach 512 through CAN Expansion.
    Positive or negative position limit or origin of axis can be configured to any input.
    The output current can reach 300mA, which can directly drive some kinds of solenoid valves.
    Interfaces:RS232, RS485, Ethernet, etc.
    Support 12 axes interpolation of linear.
    Electronic cam, electronic gear, position latch, synchronous follow, virtual axis etc.
    Multi-file and multi-task programming in ZBasic.
    Various encryption methods to protect customers' intellectual properties.
    Power failure detection and power failure storage.
