ZMC316 is a kind of pulse motion controller developed by ZMotion Technology. It supports 16 axes itself, but can be extened to 24 axes at most. There are many motion control functions it can achieve, such as, linear interpolation, any circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axis, etc. Also, real-time motion control can be achieved through optimized network communication protocol.
Motion control of 16 axes, which can be up to 24 axes.
Pulse output mode: direction / pulse or double pulse.
Encoder position measurement is supported and can be configured as hand wheel input mode.
Maximum pulse frequency output of each axis: 10MHZ.
Maximum inputs or outputs can reach 512 through CAN bus.
The positive or negative limit signal / origin signal of axis can be configured to any inputs.
The output current can reach 300mA, which can directly drive some kinds of solenoid valves.
Interfaces: USB drive, RS232, RS485 and ETHERNET etc.
Linear interpolation of up to 24 axes, interpolation of linear, random spherical, helical and spline.
Electronic cam, electronic gear, position latch synchronous follow and virtual axis etc.
Pulse closed loop, pitch compensation and other functions.
