A.      Solution Introduction

It uses Zmotion XPCIE2032H pc-based motion control card:  PCIe real-time 2-channel EtherCAT motion control card . And Zmotion strong real-time motion control kernel MotionRT750 is used together.

Specifically, the Windows real-time kernel technology is applied to make motion control and IO processing execute in CPU kernel, then do CPU memory interaction with PC machine vision commands. In this way, the interaction speed is  faster 10 multiples than traditional PCI / PCIe cards, compared to PLC ethernet, it is  faster 50-100 times.

  • Note: for axes with extremely high real-time requirements (such as the swing arm rotation axis and the swing arm up and down axis), an EtherCAT cycle of  125μs is recommended. For axes with general real-time requirements, an EtherCAT cycle of  1ms can be used.

A.      Solution Introduction

It uses Zmotion PCIe real-time EtherCAT motion control card “PCIE464”.

This solution uses XY linear motion platform, transfer device, feeding equipment and other core control modules, and matches with Zmotion PCIE464 card, then multi-axis synchronized control & high-speed data transfer can be achieved. And it can make the parts plug-in target base board in all steps at high-speed and with high-accuracy.

A.      Solution Introduction

It uses Zmotion XPCIE1032H pc-based motion control card: PCIe real-time EtherCAT motion control card. And Zmotion strong real-time motion control kernel MotionRT750 is used together.

This solution uses rotary axis, multi-nozzle, feeding system, test components, and image processing system with XPCIE1032H high-speed and high-precision motion control card to achieve parallel operation, multi-axis synchronized control, and high-speed data transferring. In this way, it ensures that multiple actions (testing, sorting, collecting, taping) are executed in sequence within the rotation period, so that the entire testing and sorting process  runs coherently, efficiently and stably.

[High-Speed Optical Disc Screening Machine Solution]

This solution uses core system components, such as, a high-transparency glass rotating platform, flexible feeding device and blowing device, and matches with Zmotion  high-speed PCIe EtherCAT real-time motion control card XPCIE1028

In addition, Zmotion provides on debugging software that is specified for screening machine,  15000 pcs/min IO trigger detection speed can be achieved. Specifically, it only needs to set basic parameters. And the image acquisition hardware and vision processing software are combined, then it can realize  full-automatic high-speed vision filtering development and debugging rapidly .
