1. ZMC432M Introduction
ZMC432M belongs to EtherCAT vertical modular motion controllers. Specifically, compared to other ZMC motion controllers, there is slave expansion interface added, you can expand resources easily and conveniently, no need one communication coupler module any more. Therefore, if your applicationrequires lots of digital / analog inputs and outputs, ZMC432M can help you reduce the cost of ECAT / CAN communication module, the space also will be saved at the same time.
Actually for this function, ZMC432M is like XPLC300 series, but ZMC432M is higher performance for complex motion control (XPLC300 doesn’t support interpolation).
It can complete motion control tasks easily and flexibly, for example, point motion, electronic cam, linear motion, circular interpolation, continuous trajectory, laser PWM, manipulator, etc.
What’s more, ZMC432M multi-axis EtherCAT motion controller supportsinner compensation algorithm, and its fastest EtherCAT communication period can be up to 125us, your high-precision and high-speed automatic control can be achieved easily and stability.

method 2: by Zmotion RTBasic language
Zmotion has one own free IDE software RTSys. You can develop, simulate, debug, and diagnose your project.
For development, there are RTBasic, RTPlc, RTHmi languages. The main language is RTBasic, there are rich motion control commands. You can download it and test it in advance under simulator. Also, please check with Zmotion RTBasic Programming Manual.
method 3: hybrid programming
You also can program by PC languages and RTBasic together. Hybrid programming and multi-task programming can promote real-time of specified motion task.
