ZMC412 is a kind of high performance pulse motion controller developed by ZMotion Technology. It has 12 basic axes, which can be extended to up to 32 axes. And it has 8 high speed position latchs, 1μs measurement accuracy, GbE(gigabit EtherCAT), RS485, RS232, CAN communication interfaces and 4 high speed hardware comparison outputs.

  • 12 basic axes, which can be extended to up to 32 axes.
    Support encoder position measurement, and encoder port can be configured to handwheel mode.
    Maximum axis output frequency: 10Mhz.
    Maximum extended IOs can reach 512 through CAN.
    The positive or negative limit signal / origin signal of axis can be configured to any inputs.
    The output current can reach 300mA,which can directly drive some kinds of solenoid valves.
    Interfaces: USB Drive, RS232, RS485, Ethernet.
    Interpolation up to 16 axes of linear, circular, spherical, helical etc.
    Electronic cam, electronic gear, position latch, synchronous follow, virutal axis and other functions.
    Support pulse closed loop, pitch compensation, etc.
    Support hardware comparison output(HW_PSWITCH2), hardware timer and precision output in motion.
    Multi-task and multi-file programming in ZBasic.
    Independent continuous interpolation on multi machines
    Various encryption methods to protect customers' intellectual properties
