VPLC504SCAN is high-performance bus based vision motion controller developed by ZMOTION, which integrates 1 Ethernet (with 100M), 2 Ethernet (with 1000M), 2 USB3.0, 2 USB2.0, CAN, 232, 485, 24 general digital inputs and 12 general digital outputs, 3 analog outputs and 1 analog input, and it supports 2 local axis interfaces, 1 galvanometer interface, 1 laser power specailzed interface and high-definition HDMI display interface. ZMC504SCAN bus controller supports EtherCAT bus connection, and the fastest refresh cycle is 500μs. Motion control up to 16 axes, support linear interpolation, circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axes, etc. Real-time motion control can be achieved through optimized net communication protocol. One computer supports max 256 ZMC controllers connection at the same time.

    Encoder interface supports encoder position measurementm which can be configured as handwheel input mode. 12 NPN general outputs, its 4 high-speed outputs can be configured as high-speed comparison function and PWM function, the max output current of its 8 general outputs can reach 300mA, which can drive some solenoid valves directly.
    24 NPN general inputs, and 4 channels of it are high-speed input, 20 channels are low-speed input. For high-speed input, it can be used to latch signal.
    One 100M EtherCAT interface, and through EtherCAT bus, isolation inputs and outputs can be extended to up to 4096.
    Two 1000M Ethernetm which can connect with PC, camera, etc.
    Two USB3.0 and two USB2.0 interfaces can connect externally and expand storage.
    1 RS485, 1 RS232, 1 CAN.
    1 HDMI high-definition display interface.

    1 galvanometer interface, which supports XY2-100 protocol.
