Specifications: 60 axes EtherCAT and RTEX motion controller

ZMC460N is a kind of high performance multi-axis dual-bus (EtherCAT & Rtex) motion controller developed by ZMtion Technology. The fastest refresh period is 100 μs. It supports up to 60 axes through EtherCAT and RTEX bus. Also, there are many functions it can acheive, such as, each 16-axis linear interpolation, any circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, elcetronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axis, robotic arm instructions, etc.

  • 60/30 EtherCAT/RTEX digital servo-axis, and it supports hybrid interpolation among EtherCAT / RTEX / Pulse.
    ZMC460N is with 6 auxilary pulse-axis (pulse output+ encoder input).
    There are 24+6 digital inputs, 12+6 digital outputs (12 high speed PWM outputs), 2 DAs / 2 ADs on board.
    Interfaces: Ethernet, RS232, RS485, CAN.
    ZCAN bus can extend to 512/512/256/128/IN/OUT/AD/DA.
    Multi-task programming in ZBasic, 22 tasks and 62 files.
    Interpolation of linear, circular, spherical, helical, etc., together with speed look-ahead, electronic cam, electronic gear, motion superposition, comparison output.
    8 high speed position lath channels, and continuous latch is valid, 1μs measurement precision.
    Support all kinds robot structures, Delta, Scara, 5DOF, 6DOF, ect.
