ZMC432N is a kind of high performance multi-axis RTEX bus motion controller developed by ZMotion Technology, with motion control of 32 axes RTEX bus, and it supports multi-task, multi-axis and multi robot structures control motion, 6 pulse axes and encoders are embedded.

  • Motion control of up to 32 RTEX digital servo axes.
    ZMC432N is with 6 auxilary pulse axes (pulse output, encoder input)
    There are 24+6 digital inputs, 12+6 digital outputs (2 high speed PWM outputs) and 2DAs on board.
    Interfaces: Ethernet, RS232, RS485, USB Drive, CAN.
    ZCAN bus can extend to 512/512/256/128 input/output/AD/DA.
    Mulit-task and multi-file programming in ZBasic, up to 22 tasks and 62 files.
    Interpolation of linear, circular, spherical, helical etc, together with speed look-ahead, electronic cam, electronic gear, motion superposition, virutal master axis, hardware position latch, comparison output.
    2 high speed position lath channels, and continuous latch is valid, 1μs measurement precision.
    Support all kinds robot structures, such as, Delta, Scara, 5DOF, 6DOF, etc.
    Multi-task, multi-axis and multi-robot control
    Support hardware comparison output(HW_PSWITCH2), hardware timer and precision output in motion.
    Independent continuous interpolation on multi machines
    Various encryption methods to protect customers' intellectual properties
